About Our Club
Cape Cod Kennel Club is a Massachusetts-based, all-breed club that specializes in conformation, obedience, and agility. In addition, our members have wide-ranging interests that include tracking, therapy, and breed rescue.
The club's mission is to promote the interests, training, and enjoyment of purebred dogs, and in doing so, we sponsor several different activities, such as AKC-sanctioned dog shows and obedience trials, training classes (open to both purebreds and mixed breeds), and conformation and performance matches. We also have monthly meetings, which typically feature a guest speaker discussing some aspect of canine ownership
Cape Cod Kennel Club is a non-profit organization and a member of The American Kennel Club. Since the club's founding in 1947, we've grown to over 100 individuals and households, with nearly 60 different breeds counted among our members. According to a recent AKC tally, this makes Cape Cod KC one of the largest all-breed clubs in the country. The club's governing body is an elected Board of Directors.

We believe it's important to give something back to the communities represented by our members. Consequently, Cape Cod KC contributes to various canine-related causes through activities such as a Donation Program, a Scholarship Fund, and participation in various community service programs.
