PUPPY KINDERGARTEN, OBEDIENCE, SHOW HANDLING
WEDNESDAY evenings at the Osterville Community Center.
6:30 Puppy Kindergarten - Your puppy's first formal training experience, including puppy-level obedience and socialization.
5 week class. $55 members/ $60 public
The next Puppy Kindergarten sessions start again in September.

6:00 Basic Obedience - For pet owners who want to learn how to train/communicate with their dogs as pets. 7 week class. $80 members/ $85 public. The next Basic Obedience sessions start in September. Check back for exact dates!
6:45 Intermediate Obedience - Continued reinforcement of Basic Obedience skills, with an introduction to competition skills, plus Canine Good Citizen skills and testing if desired. Cost: $5 members /$7 public
7:30 *New Class* Rally Obedience or Attention Class - 7 week class. Cost: $75 members/$85 public. Limited space. To register email forecastlabs@verizon.net or call 508-362-6506.
8:15 Show Handling - For dogs/owners involved in breed competition. Cost: $5 members/$7 public

6:00 Foundation 1 -
Classes start soon. If you're just starting, learn the ABCs of agility and begin running short sequences.
7:15 Foundation 2 - Classes start soon. Proof your foundation handling and obstacle skills and reliably run short off-lead sequences.

6:30 Teamwork 1 - Begin learning the more advanced handling and obstacles skills that are the hallmark of agility.
7:45 Teamwork 2 - Proof and continue to build your teamwork skills with more advanced off-lead exercises and sequences.
6:30 Handling Skills - This class will focus on specific handling skills that are needed to fill in any gaps in foundation training and improving team communication. The goal is to increase the speed and efficiency of the dog/handler team on the agility course. Expect homework with this class!
7:45 Course
Skills - The emphasis of this class will be on course analysis,
encouraging students to think independently and plan strategies that
take advantage of their strengths while working to improve any
weaknesses. Sequences will provide a variety of challenges that will
be suitable for each individual team... this is not a "one size fits
all" class.
